Services

I offer psychotherapy for adults and couples navigating a wide range of emotional and relational challenges. People come to therapy for many different reasons — feeling stuck in relationships, experiencing anxiety or loneliness, going through major life transitions, or wanting to better understand themselves.

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful individuals who are used to reflecting deeply about their lives, yet find themselves facing questions that feel difficult to resolve alone. Therapy provides a space to slow down, think together, and explore these experiences with care and curiosity.

My approach is collaborative and grounded in psychodynamic and relational therapy, which focuses on understanding the deeper emotional patterns that shape how we experience ourselves and our relationships.

People often come to therapy when they are experiencing:

  • recurring difficulties in relationships
  • anxiety, stress, or emotional overwhelm
  • loneliness or a sense of disconnection
  • major life transitions such as career changes, relocation, or becoming a parent
  • questions about identity, belonging, or cultural expectations
  • a desire to understand themselves more deeply

Many of the people I work with are also navigating demanding professional lives and are looking for a thoughtful and private space to reflect on both personal and relational aspects of their lives.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers a private and supportive space to explore your experiences, relationships, and emotional life. Some sessions may focus on current challenges, while others may gradually uncover patterns that have developed over time.

Through this process, therapy can help you develop greater clarity about yourself, a deeper understanding of your relationships, and new possibilities for responding to the challenges you face.

Couples Therapy

Relationships can be deeply meaningful and also complex. Couples therapy offers partners a space to better understand the patterns that shape their relationship.

Together we explore communication, emotional needs, and the dynamics that may lead to recurring conflict or distance. Over time, couples often develop a deeper understanding of one another and new ways of relating.

Therapy Across Cultures

Because of my multicultural background and experience working in English, Mandarin, and Russian, I often work with individuals and couples who are navigating multiple cultural contexts.

Living between cultures can bring both richness and complexity. Questions about identity, belonging, family expectations, and relationships often arise in these spaces. Therapy can provide a place to explore these experiences with curiosity and care.
