“The only journey is the one within.”

— Rainer Maria Rilke, Letters to a Young Poet (1929)

I imagine that by the time you have found this page, you have spent a long time with your thoughts and feelings that have left you wondering if you should try therapy. My answer to you is, ‘Yes! Please, try therapy.’ I wish everybody at some point in their life tries it.

If you are feeling stuck, isolated, and overwhelmed, talking to someone who listens carefully can help you view the situation from a different perspective and pinpoint solutions. Our life is the result of everything that happens in our environment and the decisions we make ourselves. I am here to help you explore the first part, help you find out what led you to this situation. Together, we will answer such questions as: ‘Why did this happen to me?’, ‘Why does it keep happening to me?’, and more importantly, ‘How do I make my life better?’

Getting to know yourself is the hardest yet the most rewarding journey of everyone’s life. And I believe it is the key to changing it. With my guidance, looking inside yourself, looking into your past doesn’t have to be painful. On the opposite, it can be freeing, enlightening, and even enjoyable. My job is to help you process your experiences so that you emerge from it feeling lighter, having greater self-acceptance, and feeling better about who you are and your future.

What exactly is therapy and how does it work?

Reflecting on my time during my internship at RAMS in San Francisco, a supervisor shared a profound analogy that continues to resonate with me, “Imagine a broken vase. Therapy is the process of gathering the shattered pieces and delicately glueing them back together. The vase might not appear new, but it will remain functional.” These words have stayed with me and shaped the way I view therapy.

It’s impossible to go through life without scars but we have an opportunity —to embark on the path of self-restoration, to make sense of the pain, and to emerge as a renewed individual, equipped with new opportunities, dignity, and pride. I would be deeply honored to guide you in this transformative process, helping you become a better version of yourself and attain a more fulfilling life.
